TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled Special Proceeding. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:

Petition for sale of real estate including a house located at 44493 Field Road, New London, NC, a vacant lot located at 45220 Gadson Road, New London, NC, and a shed located at 45208 Gadson Road, New London, NC to make assets.

You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than November 1, 2023 and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought. A hearing shall be held at 10:00 A.M. November 21st, 2023 before the Clerk of Superior Court, in the Administrative Courtroom, Room #35, of the Stanly County Courthouse, 201 S. Second St., Albemarle, NC 28001. All interested parties should appear.
