The undersigned, having duly qualified as Executrix of the estate of Lanny Lake Smith, deceased, late of Stanly County, North Carolina, is hereby notifying all persons, firms, or corporations having claims against said decedent, or his estate, to present the same to the undersigned Executrix, duly itemized and verified on or before the 19th day of June, 2023, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons indebted to the said decedent are hereby requested to pay the said indebtedness to the undersigned Executrix.
